Statistics were gathered from the Sunshine MLS on March 4, 2012.? This is the anticipated time it would take to sell existing inventory. The Bonita Springs real estate market has made strides in leaps and bounds.

Six months is considered a balanced market. We do have a large amount of pending/pending-contingent properties skewing the market statistics so the months of current inventory would be far less if those transactions weren?t in the equation.
