The Company
Our client is a recycler of precious metals with global operations. They have experienced substantial growth over the
last ten years. They are market leaders in their field and pride themselves on their high level of integrity and
excellent customer service. Their client base spans across the UK, USA, Europe as well as the Asian market and with their
ambitious growth plans they are always striving for first class people to add value to their business. They are looking
to add a UK based Business Development Manager to their team.

The Role
The remit for the Business Development Manager - Industrial Division role:-
* Research new potential businesses and customers, although there will be an element of inherited clients which are UK
based
* Communicate with potential clients and set up meetings
* Present to potential clients
* Experience of liaising with Buyers and Plant Managers

The Candidate
Skills and experience required for the Business Development Manager - Industrial Division role:-
* Extensive experience within a technical or engineering environment
* Previous involvement in the precious metal industry would be advantageous
* Experience of interfacing with one or more business sectors such as, chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics,
electroplating, aerospace or developing markets i.e. fuel cells, solar cells or medical
* First class inter-personal and presentation skills
* Proven influencing skills
* Hard working and down to earth

The Reward
In return, the Business Development Manager will receive an excellent remuneration package including a basic salary and
uncapped OTE circa ?75k with a realistic opportunity to earn in excess of 6 figures and additionally our client offers
