Waiting on Wednesday was started by Breaking the Spine and serves to showcase those pesky books that aren?t released yet, but that we?re eagerly awaiting! This week, my WoW is?I absolutely love mermaid stories, myth and lore, but unfortunately I haven?t found many great YA novels though they are starting to trickle back on the market. Standouts for me are Seven Tears into the Sea by Terri Farley (it?s a favourite ? it?s about selkies, though) and also Sea Change by Aimee Friedman. I?d highly recommend both books to you if you?re a fan! anyway, these are some upcoming books on mermaids that I?m really excited about!?
